For the Dutch Enterprise Chamber, Sman Business Value has carried out valuations within the framework of various sizable buy-out procedures such as Gucci Group N.V. (turnover: € 4.9 billion), and IFCO systems N.V. (turnover: € 1.0 billion). Furthermore, Sman Business Value consults twelve law firms on the procedure carried out by the Dutch Enterprise Chamber with regard to indemnification of expropriated holders of stock and bondholders of SNS REAAL.
